Patent Infringement
Patent infringement arises when the subject-matter claimed in a patent has been exploited by someone other than the right-holder, without the owner's authorization or in disagreement with the terms of use.
According to patent law in the country in which the patent infringement has occurred, the owner of the patent may take action in equity or in law such as a patent lawsuit. A patent law firm may conduct patent litigation of this sort among the third party in question, the owner and the US patent office. Patent licensing is a complex matter and as such the procurement of registered patent attorney services is recommended.
